Dan Landsman

Daniel Landsman is a seasoned Human Resources and Operations leader with over 16 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness across diverse industries. With a proven track record in scaling teams, optimizing HR infrastructure, and building people-first cultures, Dan blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.


Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Maxima Apparel, Dan leads recruitment, policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Leopard Solutions, Accenture, and Sloane & Company, where he oversaw cross-functional operations, HR systems, financial planning, and company-wide process improvement initiatives.


Dan’s expertise spans employee lifecycle management, HRIS systems, organizational restructuring, and cultural transformation. He is passionate about aligning business strategy with employee engagement to deliver measurable impact.


Dan lives on Long Island with his wife Colby and 3 kids Jaxon, Rylie & Gavin. When he's not at one of the kids' sporting or dance events, he can be found skiing, at the beach, playing tennis, or "learning" to play golf!
